A long-time dream of Chungsou and Mai T. Her manifested Wednesday as the couple broke ground at the site of the future Wausau World Market.
The redevelopment project will make a multi-vendor marketplace from a former event-rental outfit on Third Avenue. The market has been years in the works and will open in November after renovations.
