Pewaukee-based Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has named Kevin Gillespie chief operating officer.
Gillespie will manage loan operations, sales, secondary marketing and talent acquisition out of the corporate office. He will also work with the firm’s executive team to grow the company and develop successful strategies.
He has more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience and has previously excelled at sales, customer service, driving earnings growth and increasing team productivity and performance.

Waterstone Mortgage provides mortgage lending products as a wholly owned subsidiary of WaterStone Bank SSB. It was founded in 2000 and has 700 employees at branches nationwide. Waterstone has more than $1.9 billion in assets.
