Middleton-based T. Wall Enterprises LLC plans to build two five-story apartment buildings at 221 Maple Ave., near the Carroll University campus in Waukesha.
The apartment buildings will have a total of 264 apartments, with 106 studios, 104 one-bedroom units and 60 two-bedroom units. The apartments will be marketed to high income renters such as young professionals and empty nesters, but could also be rented to older Carroll University students if the university shows interest, T. Wall said in its plans submitted to the city. The designer for the project is Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP.
