Hobbies and Interests:  Competitive soccer (part of Women’s Soccer Club), tennis, gourmet cooking, pampering myself

Favorite book and/or movie: “Favorite book "The Secret" and anything by John Grisham, favorite movie ….anything funny.”

Favorite musician/band: “Michael Jackson without a doubt.”

Favorite place to travel: “I have had the opportunity to travel the world both professionally and personally and at this point in our lives we have no interest in leaving North America, there are so many beautiful places to visit across the U.S. and Canada, and you can find any weather you like…fresh crisp winter air of the north and sunny beach weather in the south (I prefer the latter!)”

Favorite local restaurant: “Piano Blu on Pewaukee Lake. Michael and I love the music and the opportunity to practice our Salsa dancing. Plus, the food is exceptional!"

Words to live by: “Treasure this moment, for this moment is your life…it’s actually inscribed on my kitchen wall so I can read it every day. I have always lived for the future or the ‘next exciting thing’ so I am working on better enjoying NOW!”

What is your core philosophy for doing business? “You simply can’t do it all and if you try you will get lost in the details. To avoid that, surround yourself with good people who share your passion and work ethic. Be willing to teach them your secrets to success so they can succeed too.”

Who is your role model and why? “I don’t have a specific person in mind but I highly admire people who start something big from nothing but their passion. I am a very positive person in general and believe strongly in your own will to succeed.”

What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?  “I was walking with several co-workers to lunch when suddenly I screamed at the top of my lungs when what looked like a squirrel fell on my shoulder and landed by my feet. I was so embarrassed to find out that it was my clip-on ponytail that fell out. My co-workers called me rat head and wouldn’t let me live it down for weeks. At least I laughed along with them!”
