- Thursday, March 5 – "Diva Night" for ladies will be hosted at participating shops and restaurants in the Village of Wauwatosa on March 5 from 5 to 9 p.m. Start the evening at any of the participating shops to receive a coupon packet and punch card, to participate in a drawing. - Friday, March 6 – The Conservative Young Professionals of Milwaukee welcome Joe Werzelbacher, a.k.a. Joe the Plumber, to Bootleggers Bar, 1023 N. Old World Third St., Milwaukee, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. to speak about the current political landscape and his encounter with then-presidential candidate Barack Obama. Admission to the event is free.
- Monday, March 17 – Special St. Patrick’s Day Celebration brewery tour at Sprecher Brewery, 701 W. Glendale Ave., Glendale. The green event will feature Irish tunes, Irish wit and wisdom, and Sprecher Irish Stout. Tours will be offered at 3-4 p.m. The cost of the tour which includes free beer and soda samples and a commemorative glass is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors and $2 for minors.
