Orlando-based real estate investment trust
National Retail Properties Inc. has purchased the
Jilly's Car Wash properties for $19 million, according to state property transfer records.
Jilly's has car wash centers in four locations in the Milwaukee area. Here are the locations and the sales price for each:
- 1293 Capitol Drive, Pewaukee, $4.5 million
- 14100 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield, $4.7 million
- 15340 Bluemound Road, Elm Grove, $4.9 million
- 5100 N. Port Washington Road, Glendale, $4.9 million
The properties were sold by affiliates of Birmingham, Michigan-based
TRP Capital Partners, a transportation-focused private equity investment fund.
