The Capitol Hill Senior Apartments in Brookfield have been sold to an Indianapolis investor for $7.1 million, according to state records.
The 71-unit affordable apartment complex, located at 17390 Crest Hill Drive, was acquired by Capitol Hill Harmony Housing LLC, an affiliate of Indianapolis-based
Greystone Property Management Corp. The seller is Capitol Hill Tax Credit Limited Partnership, which is registered to Sanjay Kuttemperoor, president of Brookfield-based V.K. Development Corp.
Representatives of Greystone did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Its parent company is New York-based real estate lender
Greystone & Co. LLC. Other affiliates include
Harmony Housing, a non-profit that acquires affordable housing assets.
The three-story building totals nearly 81,600 square feet and was built in 2003, according to city records. The property has an assessed value of $3.81 million, according to county records.
