What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"5 Parts….Weight training, aerobics, yoga, nutrition, (6 small meals a day), meditation. 8 workouts a week…. 2 days with 2 a days…and one day of rest… Last three summers have begun to try mini triathlons."

"Better mental focus, high energy, and overall enjoyment of life."

"It gives me the energy to juggle and take on several tasks and projects in my daily life."

"Yes."

"We encourage all employees to engage in a healthy life style and living…including proper diet, excercise and rest."
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Make it a part of your everyday life…find what you love to do and do it everyday. If you hate the gym and love the outdoors, then fill your health program around outside activities and not the gym. Doing what you love will insure that you will do it for a lifetime."
