What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I workout daily and alternate with strength and cardio.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any? Wisconsin Athletic Club
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? I have a lot of energy and I am also able to focus and lower stress.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness helps me work through issues logically and allows me to be more focused.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? It is still in its infancy, but we are able to make more employees aware of the importance of wellness on their work and home lives.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Take it one day at a time, and always make time for your self.
