Spectrum plans to hire 120 employees at its downtown Milwaukee sales and retention call center at 1320 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive by the end of 2020, the communications company announced Wednesday.
The new hires will be representatives that assist customers from across the company’s 41-state service area identify the Spectrum internet, TV, mobile and voice services that best fit their needs, according to a press release.
The positions will be full-time and the company will offer competitive starting wages with opportunities for incentive compensation and career growth. All hiring will be done virtually.
“Spectrum is focused on helping customers stay connected with the right services for their interests and budget,” Spectrum Milwaukee retention vice president Jj Jonas said in a statement. “And we’re looking for service-oriented, career-minded people to join our team in Milwaukee.”
Spectrum employs more than 3,800 residents in Wisconsin and has major employment centers in Milwaukee, Appleton, Fond du Lac and Madison.
