Steve Sazama, owner and president of Saz’s State House and SAZCO, was awarded the “Outstanding Restaurateur of the Year” award by the Milwaukee Chapter of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association at its annual gala, held Jan. 11 at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, 509 W. Wisconsin Ave.
Sazama was nominated by his peers within the chapter for the award, which was presented by Brian Checterle, chapter president.
