Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies U.S. Inc. recently purchased a 5.2-acre vacant site in Delafield where it plans to build a medical office building, according to state records.
Ryan Cos. bought the property for $1.07 million from Dimitri Glavas.
The site is located at 3195 Hillside Dr., on the south side of I-94 and just east of a Walmart store.
Ryan Cos. plans to build a 30,000-square-foot medical office building on the site.
