Charese Gardner launched Gardner & Associates Real Estate and Investment Firm in 2010 after working as a property assessor for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Prior to that, she was a realtor, appraiser and financial consultant at Homestead Realty Inc. Gardner is a past president of the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce.
“Charese Gardner is a Milwaukee-born powerhouse woman and a pillar in her community,” said Ebony Jennings, owner and president of Jennings Asphalt Contracting & Construction. “As former president of the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce, she has created so many opportunities for people in her community.”
Jennings described Gardner as a highly productive and results-driven real estate agent and broker, highlighting her efforts to develop low-income apartments in the downtown Milwaukee area.
