Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher recently added Matson B. Holbrook Jr. as a vice president in the investment properties group and Ethan Elser as an assistant property manager. Previously, Holbrook worked for ING Clarion Partners in New York as a senior associate in the research and investment strategy department. Elser recently received his bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company received promoted Adam Almquist to project architect and David Reiff to senior project manager.
