Compass Properties executive vice president Sheldon Oppermann was elected to the executive committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. “This is an unbelievable accomplishment for Sheldon Oppermann and BOMA Wisconsin and we are extremely proud of Sheldon’s leadership and commitment to the members of BOMA Wisconsin,” said Jennie Macaluso-Ruditys, executive director for BOMA Wisconsin.
Wauwatosa-based Irgens promoted Mike Syman, who has worked for the firm for 12 years, to vice president of investments. He is now responsible for all financial analysis for the company, including preparing and evaluating financial projections and pro formas for potential development projects; managing cash flow analyses of ongoing projects; and assessing the viability of refinancing and sale opportunities. He also oversees financial reporting to management and lenders for Irgens at-risk projects and serves as the administrator for the Irgens client reporting website.
