Zilber Property Group to buy buildings near O’Hare
Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group plans to close this week on a purchase of three industrial buildings, with a total of 171,000 square feet of space in Bensonville, Ill., near Chicago O’Hare International Airport, from First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. The buildings are 75 percent occupied, said Chad Navis, industrial development director for Zilber.
