A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. to celebrate the start of construction for the new headquarters facility for Bloom Consultants LLC at 10601 W. Research Drive, Wauwatosa. The 32,000-square-foot, three-story building will be constructed in the Milwaukee County Research Park. More than 50 Bloom Consultants employees will work in the building. Those employees are currently located at Bloom’s New Berlin facility. Bloom plans to add 30 more employees at the facility during the next few years. J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. is the general contractor for the project. Bloom Consultants is a civil engineering consulting firm with offices in New Berlin, Green Bay, Chicago and St. Paul, Minn.
Developers Steve Stewart and Brian Kliesmet will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, Jan. 24, at noon to celebrate the recent start of construction of Belmont Center, a 42-unit condominium building that they will build at 6330 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis. The building also will have 19,000 square feet of commercial space.
