Bryant & Stratton College recently renewed its lease of 36,919 square feet of office space in the 310 West building (formerly known as Reuss Federal Plaza) at 310 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, from Federal Plaza Associates.
Andrew Jensen and David Pudlosky of The Boerke Company Inc. represented Bryant & Stratton and Federal Plaza Associates in brokering the deal.
