Sydney Menomonee Falls LLC, a Chicago-based investment group, recently purchased the Park View Business Center, a 33,345-square-foot multi-tenant office and warehouse facility at W134 N5345-57 Campbell Drive, Menomonee Falls, from an undisclosed local developer for $2.35 million. Tom Shepherd and Mark Schnoll of Inland Companies represented the buyer and seller in brokering the deal.
