Regency Point Shopping Center in Racine was purchased by a Chicago-based real estate investment group.
Bonnie Management Corp. purchased the 163,252-square-foot property for an undisclosed price from Waukesha-based The Redmond Company.
The center is located on the southwest corner of 21st Street and Green Bay Road and anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx.

Rick Drogosz and Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in cooperation with Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller.
