An Illinois developer has bought the remaining apartment complex on Anthony Lane and now owns all 12 apartment complexes on the street.
The company, Kinzie Racine, LLP — an offshoot of Evanston, Ill.-based Kinzie Realty Corp. — first began redeveloping apartment complexes on the once-blighted street, formerly named Jacato Drive, in January when it purchased nine of what was then 13 multi-family buildings.
