Process Displays to build new HQ in New Berlin

Process Displays Inc. will build a 136,000-square-foot headquarters building at 5800 S. Moorland Road, New Berlin.
The company, a provider of custom retail marketing and merchandising products, is currently located at 16333 W. Rogers Dr., New Berlin. It has been in business for 80 years.
The new building will have a combination of administrative office space, manufacturing space and a retail design center.
“In 1967 we were the first company to locate in the New Berlin Industrial Park,” said Process Displays president Bob Zanotti. “Over the last 10 years we’ve outgrown the original building and have had to locate certain operations in satellite facilities.”
The new building will bring all of those operations under one roof.
“Creativity is an essential part of our corporate culture, and because our creative process is so collaborative, having all of our operations and people together will produce better results for our customers,” Zanotti said.
The company hired Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. to design and build the new building.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the project will take place in early May. Construction is expected to be complete by December.
