Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approves plans for new office building at Uline HQ complex

The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission on Monday approved preliminary site and operational plans for a new 298,000-square-foot office building planned by Uline at its corporate headquarters campus in the village. The campus is located southwest of I-94 and County Highway Q.

The new office building is expected to have 500 employees, which is expected to grow to 800 in the future.

Uline plans to close on the property for the new building in mid-May and begin mass grading in June. It plans to submit final site and operational plans to the village in July or August and then begin construction. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2017.
