What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"3-5 days/week at Lake Country Athletic Club. Training for sprint triathlons and/or joining at set group for planned sand volleyball, basketball or wallyball during noon hours. Previously played tennis 3 mornings(6-8am)each week while keep fit for USTA tennis leagues and tournaments. Won two club championships previous to the tennis, played racquetball 3-5 times/week from 6-8am to keep fit for league and tournament play. Won one club championship."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Attitude is everything and physical activity (especially if there is a little competition involved) promotes a positive, can do attitude. Cleanses the mind. I come back to work after a noon hour workout and I am refreshed and ready to charge ahead!!"

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"Allows me to work better, harder and longer."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
"Yes."

"You will be amazed at how more effective (and happier in general) you will become!!"
