Since starting Milwaukee-based Small Studio in 2019, Ashton Henry has worked to grow the business’s reach through social media and word-of-mouth marketing, according to Lisa Proeber, owner of The Middle Six.
Small Studio’s clients have included local businesses such as Living Well PT, GÄDIS and Sweet Tox.
Prior to founding Small Studio, Henry was the director of creative services at East Troy-based software developer ECP for three years. Her background also includes stints at Milwaukee-based Wantable and New Berlin-based BuySeasons.
Henry serves on the board of the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee, and she has conducted a workshop during Women’s Entrepreneurship Week to help businesses understand how to effectively use social media.
