Guaranty Bank


Guaranty Bank has moved its headquarters from Brown Deer to Glendale after selling the subsidiary Shelter Mortgage LLC to a Chicago private equity firm. The division is now known as Shelter Mortgage Co. and is a tenant at the Brown Deer building owned by Guaranty. The majority of Guaranty retail bank employees in Brown Deer have moved to Guaranty's Bayshore Town Center offices in Glendale. Some Guaranty employees have remained in Brown Deer to assist with the IT transition. The company has 1,300 employees including about 280 at the Glendale headquarters and 75 in Brown Deer.
