Construction beings for new HQ for Ultra Tool & Manufacturing Inc.
New Berlin-based Beyer Construction recently started construction of a new headquarters facility for Ultra Tool & Manufacturing in Germantown. The site is the former Forrer Supply headquarters at N11811 McCormick Dr. in the Germantown Industrial Park. Ultra Tool, which specializes in precision metal component production and fabrication, purchased the 41,800-square-foot facility in February. The construction project will add 84,940 square feet to the facility. The project will be complete in October. Ultra Tool will consolidate all of its operations at the site.
