Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected to build the new 170,000-square-foot headquarters facility for Harken Inc. in Pewaukee, to design and build a 2,742-square-foot addition to Cain Industries’ facility in Germantown, to design and build an addition and remodel the existing facility for the Outpost Natural Foods store in Wauwatosa, and to design and build an interior office and warehouse remodeling project for Criticare Systems Inc./Cardiac Science in Waukesha.
Milwaukee-based Inland Companies was awarded a 2,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Quite’s Mexican Grill at 5538 Durand Ave., Racine.
