Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build an addition and store renovation for the Pick ‘n Save grocery store at 2811 18th St., Kenosha, and a 18,678-square-foot building addition for Create-A-Pack Foods Inc. at 1730 Executive Dr., Oconomowoc. Briohn recently completed the design and construction of a two-story office renovation for Carma Laboratories at 9750 S. Franklin Dr., Franklin.

Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was hired to design and build out space for The Badger Association of Milwaukee at their main campus on Hawley Road in Milwaukee.

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently completed construction of a 15,870-square-foot Gordon Food Service Marketplace store in Mt. Pleasant. The grand opening is scheduled for June 28.

Milwaukee-based KVG Building Corp. recently completed the following construction projects: Goodwill store in the former Walgreen’s at 2830 N. Oakland Ave., Milwaukee; Anna’s Linens 8,200-square-foot tenant improvement at West Allis Town Centre; Jimmy John’s at Brennan’s Marketplace in Oconomowoc; and renovation of 120 units at Fernwood Court Apartments in Milwaukee.
