What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? Workouts include cardio 6-7 days per week, weight training (personal trainer) three days per week, a run, bike ride, swim or skipping and smiling.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has given me the confidence to try new activities and experience life fully.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness keeps me energized, provides clear focus, relieve stress and keeps me more balanced.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Many of my co-workers are enthusiastic about their fitness regime and it creates an infectious drive for others.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Find your inspiration in the empowerment fitness brings – Value the time where you can empty your mind, breathe deeply, revere the power of your heart and focus on your individual strength and resilience.
