A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently to celebrate the start of construction of a 13,000-square-foot retail building at 1200 Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee. The site, previously occupied by Wisconsin Vending and Aramark Vending, is located on the east side of the Miller Park Way retail corridor, adjacent to Panda Express, between National Avenue to the north and Greenfield Avenue to the south. Tenants in the building will include Qdoba Mexican Grill, ATI Physical Therapy, Wisconsin Vision, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Starbucks. Oak Park, Ill.-based McCollom Realty Ltd. and Milwaukee-based Evo Development Inc. are the developers for the project. Milwaukee-based KVG Building Corp. is the general contractor for the project. 2 Point Perspective Inc. is the architect. The project is expected to be complete in November.
