Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? Jack Welch. Having worked at GE during his tenure, I was able to learn first hand the benefits of honest dialogue with employees and continual evaluation of the organization. He also invested significantly in the education/training of key employees to help them become better business leaders. I found his candid communications to be very beneficial.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? Venture Development Corporation has stated the average growth rate for our industry has been seven to 10 percent since 2002. (We have been growing at 35 percent since 2001, so we have been taking market share.) Over the next few months we project industry growth to be in line with V.D.C.’s estimates.
