What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? For my workouts I run 3 miles 1-2 times per week, do interval training on treadmill one time per week, cardio train two times per week and weight train two times per week in conjunction with cardio.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? I feel like I can do anything I want to do.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness provides me a nice and needed diversion from the other things I need to worry about.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Healthy employees are productive, happy and engaged employees.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Do it! Working out is beneficial to your body, your mind, your soul and your entire outlook on life.
