What has fueled your company’s growth?
“National expansion and the addition of our flu shot division.”
What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Not having enough hours in a day.”
Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?
“We are expanding our programs and services which will require more technology and additional staff.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
“I admire every person in my COSBEY group, but especially Chris Rebholz. I have never met anyone who thinks outside the box quite like he does. He has a terrific sence of humor and the ability to tell a story with so much detail, without being boring, that you can’t help but listen to him. Dwayne Johnson has been our accountant since day one. He is a very supportive, and incredibly patient man. I look at the bottom line and he helps me understand everything in between. He has a way of simplifing the complicated. Rob Scharnot and Grif Prochnow at M&I. They get it, they just plain get it.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
“Corporate wellness services are growing and more companies are realizing that you can save money on health care costs by implementing our programs. Due to the positive impact these services have had on the customer’s bottom line wellness services and the additional incentive benefits that will be provided as part of the new health care reform bill, we anticipate strongth growth.”
What has been your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?
“We will continue to focus on the customer and not allow the economy to be an excuse. We also plan to do more government contracting. The government is growing. If you serve customers who are expanding you can’t help but grow right along with them.”
