"I’d like to think I lead by example. I’m fit, eat healthy and don’t smoke."
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Just start a personal fitness routine. It take a few weeks but after a while, it’s just part of the weekly routine."
