Medical office building to be built near Pleasant Prairie hospital

United Hospital System plans to build a 32,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building just southwest of its St. Catherine’s Medical Center at 9555 76th St. in Pleasant Prairie. Untied Hospital System hired Kenosha-based Riley Construction to provide full construction management services for the $7 million project. Construction is expected to begin later this month and be complete in June of 2011. The building was designed by Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects.
Advanced Pain Management will lease 10,000 square feet of space in the building. The building will also house United Hospital System outpatient rehabilitation services and 16,000 square feet of physician office space.
