Mequon-based Midland Management LLC recently purchased the 22,515-square-foot office building at 2835 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, from Cedarburg-based Sterling Hasey Company for $1.1 million, according to state records.
The 46-year-old building, known as the Bradley Building, is occupied by staffing firm Argus Technical Services.
The building has an assessed value of $1.35 million, according to city of Wauwaosa records.
