Milwaukee-based LeaseCrunch LLC, a provider of software-as-a-service solutions for accounting firms and their clients, announced that Laura Schulhof has been named its chief financial officer.
Schulhof has more than 15 years of leadership experience, including at private equity-backed companies. During her career, she has been involved in executing M&A transactions, equity and debt financings and post-acquisition integrations.
Most recently, she served as senior vice president of finance at Raleigh, North Carolina and Montreal, Quebec-based Intelerad Medical Systems. Prior to that she was CFO of New York-based Ambra Health.
