The Waukesha State Bank board of directors announced the addition of Tony Laszewski as a senior vice president and manager of commercial lending.
In the newly-created position, Laszewski will directly manage the bank’s eight commercial bankers in personal development, sales planning, lead generation and customer cultivation. He also will oversee new business development, to include the identification of prospects and the penetration into new markets.
“Tony’s addition is in direct response to increased volume in the bank’s commercial lending business, and it helps position the bank for continued growth in this key area,” said Ty Taylor, president and chief executive officer of Waukesha State Bank. “Tony will be a great addition and asset to our commercial lending area, and I’m confident his leadership will result not only in new business growth, but will allow us to better serve our current commercial customers.”
Laszewski joins Waukesha State Bank with more than 23 years of experience in finance and banking, most recently serving as senior vice president and team leader at TCF National Bank.
