PACAL Industries and its more than 80 jobs in La Crosse aren’t coming back, President and CEO Erv Kamm said on Thursday.
Whether this will be the final chapter for the company, Kamm declined to say. He did say that the company will begin bankruptcy proceedings, with the paperwork likely filed sometime this week.
