Kohl’s looking for 30,000 square feet of office space

While all of the recent attention about Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s corp. has been about the company’s plans for a new corporate headquarters, the company is separately seeking about 30,000 square feet of office space, according to commercial real estate sources.

“It doesn’t impact the headquarters thing one bit,” said a source familiar with the deal.

The space would be for a “small operation” of the company, the source said.
