The redevelopment of the Eagle Mill at Grand KaKalin has been moving forward despite several floor plan changes. Once complete, the 80,000 square-foot building will become the new home of the Kaukauna Public Library, corporate headquarters for Expera Specialty Solutions and additional commercial tenants.
