“To build our own center for our second location and lease the remaining space to complimentary professionals.”

“We have just launched a more interactive web site, new spa services, new hair color techniques, a new 11,000-square-foot second location and great new talent.”
Do you plan to hire any additional staff or make any significant capital investments in your company in the next year?
“We are looking to hire a doctor and complete medical staff to enter the medical spa industry, offering new services to enhance our already results-driven spa services. There is also a lot of new state of the art equipment for skin care that we will be adding.”
What will be your company’s main challenges in the next year?
“Site development and building design for our third location.”
What’s the hottest trend in your industry?
“Having different groups of people and businesses utilize spas for parties and gatherings. In hair, fashion is making a comeback this year in a more put together look. We have gotten a little far away from the geometric cut and we are bringing back a more defined style.”

“Plan your work, work your plan and let God handle the outcomes.”

“I try to learn from everybody and every industry. If I were to narrow it down, I would say Larry Sheveland of Sheveland & Co. for making the numbers work, Brian Dowling of CL&D Graphics for leadership and spiritual guidance, and my old boss, Anton Bova, for his perseverance and patience.”
What was the best advice you ever received?
“Your competition is inside your four walls. Focus on your own people, help them reach their goals, build value into everything and enjoy the ride.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“I love to water ski with my family and live the charmed life of a world cribbage champion.”
