Waukesha-based Hydro-Thermal Corp. has officially launched its latest innovation, the SilverLine continuous food and beverage processing system. The SilverLine, which was previously released on a “light rollout,” won an IQ (Innovation Quotient) Award from BizTimes Media in 2014.
The SilverLine is a streamlined, self-contained, polished stainless steel system designed to cook recipes exactly as specified, replacing heat exchangers and kettles. Its patented food and beverage processing system mixes steam and liquid foods and beverages completely while delivering precise and consistent temperature control, instantaneous heating and no scaling or fouling of the product.
“SilverLine incorporates the most advanced technologies in steam innovation currently,” said Jim Zaiser, Hydro-Thermal president. “Our customers have been asking us to design a solution that is energy efficient, versatile, easily maintained, plus delivers cost savings and a smaller footprint. SilverLine delivers on all counts.”
Hydro-Thermal is a global manufacturing company that designs, engineers, produces and installs Hydroheaters for applications in industries including food and beverage, ethanol, chemical and waste water treatment.
