Children’s clothing retailer Hanna Andersson will open its first Wisconsin store this fall at Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa.
The store will be part of the redevelopment and expansion project at Mayfair Mall, which will include a new 140,000-square-foot, three-level Nordstrom department store that will open on Oct. 23.
The Hanna Andersson store will be located on the lower level in the new Nordstrom corridor.
There are currently 45 Hanna Andersson retail stores and nine outlet stores in 21 states, including three in the Chicago area but none in Wisconsin.
“Hanna Andersson is a welcomed addition to our fashionable lineup of children’s retailers,” said Stephen Smith, senior general manager of Mayfair. “Mayfair strives to provide our guests with the most exclusive in-demand retailers to delight and enhance their shopping experience.”
Mayfair Mall will also add a kate spade store in the spring of 2016. The luxury retailer is known for its women’s handbags, clothing, jewelry, shoes and fashion accessories.
