Tim Caudill has joined Associated Financial Group as an Employee Benefits Consultant, serving Southeastern Wisconsin. Associated Financial Group is part of Green Bay-based Associated Banc-Corp. Caudill will focus on businesses with 50 or more employees, consulting with them on benefits needs and providing insurance and other solutions as appropriate. He brings seven years of experience to his position, and previously served as a district manager for AFLAC, based in Racine. Caudill is based at the Associated Financial Group office at N16 W23250 Stone Ridge Drive in Waukesha, near Interstate 94 and Highway F.
Jefferson Wells recently hired Ajoy Bose as global director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Center of Expertise. In this role, Bose will be responsible for the strategic plan for an international finance and M&A services practice to support the firm’s global presence. He will be based out of the firm’s Milwaukee office. The M&A Center of Expertise offers Jefferson Wells’ clients access to focused, in-depth expertise for specific processes and technical issues pertaining to merger and acquisition transactions. Bose will work directly with professionals in all of the firm’s offices and will lead the strategic direction of the M&A Center of Expertise. Bose has more than 20 years of financial experience with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, strategic planning, and restructuring. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, Bose was the managing director of Bose Capital, LLC, a Milwaukee based venture capital firm he founded in January 2002; managing director and head of the technology supply chain industry group for Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull, a national investment banking firm; vice president of investment banking at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup, New York.
