Karen Ellenbecker, president of Pewaukee-based financial advisory firm Ellenbecker Investment Group, has joined the board of directors at Pewaukee-based Foundations Bank and its parent company, Generations Bancorp Inc.
Ellenbecker founded EIG Charitable Foundation, Lake Country Charity Connection, and the Wisconsin chapter of the Stand Up & Play Foundation. She is also on the boards of Milwaukee Film and the Wisconsin Club, and on the investment committee for the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau.
Ellenbecker has hosted a radio show called Money Sense on AM1130 WISN since 1991, and appears on The Morning Blend on Today’s TMJ4 twice a month to talk about investment topics.
