Franklin Street Holdings plans to restore the three-story Boerner Mercantile Building at 211 N. Franklin St. in downtown Port Washington.
Once the project is complete, the building will have 8,000 square feet of first floor retail space, 8,000 square feet of office space on the second floor, 8,000 square feet of office space on the third floor and a 5,000-square-foot leasable basement level space.
