Pewaukee warehouse sold for $2.4 million
Neenah-based Werner Electric Supply purchased a 80,290-square-foot warehouse on a 5-acre site at W238 N1777 Rockwood Dr., Pewaukee, from The Madrigrano Warehouse LP for $2.4 million, or about $29.89 per square foot. The sale was brokered by Trent Poole, Roger Siegel, Scott Furmanski, Mike Parker and Karl Wiedenman of CB Richard Ellis. Werner Electric Supply, an electrical product and service provider, will open a branch in the 27-year-old building. The company also plans to open a branch in Kenosha. It will then have 12 branches in Wisconsin and Michigan.

Habitat ReStore relocates to Wauwatosa
Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity has leased 34,550 square feet of industrial space in the Wauwatosa Business Plaza at 3015 N. 114th St. in Wauwatosa, from WBP LLC. Habitat was represented by Trent Poole, Roger Siegel, and Scott Furmanski from CB Richard Ellis‘ Milwaukee office. Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented WBP LLC. Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity will relocate its ReStore from 801 S. 60th St., West Allis, to the Wauwatosa building on Sept. 16. ReStore recycles donated building materials and sells them at a fraction of the retail price to the public. Profits from the ReStore help fund Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building and renovating affordable housing for lower income individuals.
