Deal of the Week: AllStates Trucking leases space at Park 94

AllStates Trucking recently leased 63,838 square feet of warehouse and distribution space in the Park 94 development at 1400 International Dr. in Mt. Pleasant from HSA Commercial. Both buildings in Park 94 are now fully occupied. HSA sold a 323,610-square-foot building to Seda International Packaging. AllStates Trucking leased the remaining space available in a 125,000-square-foot building. The rest of the space in that building is leased by Maysteel LLC. Kenneth Braden of Cassidy Turley Barry and David Liebman, David Bercu and Brendan Green of Colliers International all represented HSA Commercial in brokering the deal.
